General Terms

• Prices are in € per person/per day for a minimum of 3 days;
• Smoking is prohibited in all bedrooms and common areas;
• For hygiene reasons, dogs and pets are not permitted. Thank you for your cooperation.

Prices include:

• Overnight stay with a rich and substantial breakfast buffet; Weekly bed linen and towel change;
• Daily cleaning and weekly change of bed, and bath-linen;
• Additional change of bath-linen during the week;
• Energy and taxes, except the local municipal tourist tax;
• Parking;
• WI-FI connection.

Extras

• Local city tax of € 1.10 (€ 1.40 from 01.01.2018) per person/per day for guests aged over 14 charged at the end of your stay as part of your bill. The tax is paid on departure and is specifically stated on the invoice.

Arrivals and departures

• The rooms are reserved from 2 p.m. on the day of arrival until 9:00 a.m. on the day of departure.

Booking and payment

• The reservation becomes binding upon payment of the deposit agreed and a written confirmation that you will receive from us;
• The payment must be sent within 3 days from the date of reservation.

Payment

• We accept cash, non-transferable cheques and credit cards (Visa or MasterCard).
• Since 6 December 2011 (Legislative Decree 201/2011) cash payments equal to or higher than €1,000 are no longer permitted in Italy. This limit cannot be exceeded even in the case of partial payments, where the total amount (deposit and balance) equals or exceeds €1,000. The only payment methods allowed in this case are credit card, non-transferable cheque and bank transfer.

Cancellation Policy (Consumer Code, Parte III, titolo III, Capo I del d.lgs. 206/2005):

We understand that unforeseen circumstances can happen.
The right to cancel is not allowed under the terms of the Consumer Code.
However, we offer the right to withdraw from the booking contract with these terms:

• 3 months before arrival date: the deposit can be taken for an alternative stay within 365 days;
• 2 months before arrival date: no deposit returned
• 1 month before arrival date: 50% of total price is charged
• 2 weeks to 8 days before arrival date: 75% of total price is charged
• less than 8 days before arrival date: 100% of total price is charged

In case of late arrivals, lower number of guests, early departures or no-show: 100% of total price charged.

We recommend that you purchase travel insurance with cancellation, delay and curtailment cover.
